I have a Windows service in alpshost.alpshost is a best hosting service provider in the world. It has a great support team that they response to all question At the fastest time. It has a great speed hosting and network and excellent service features.

Reasonable prices, good support
They offer great deals on windows and Linux shared hosting. Recently they've added cloud hosting solutions to their products. Speed and stability is acceptable. Support is 24/7 and takes the actually no time to respond.

Their Priority is Keeping Their Pockets full and not Keeping Clients Happy!
Reseller since 2005. Their support is plain stupid. As reseller I expect them to come to me with solutions, rather they respond with canned responses, on average take about 1 hour to respond, it takes 3 replies before they realise the problem. Stupid.

Run, no really, run!
The worst web hosting I have ever had. The auto renew ended, forcing manual payment. They had 5 days where I had no service or support & still had to pay that month. Now they have suspended my account without even warning or reason.

Was happy till they stopped offering recurring payments.Then they started charging extra $5 fines if you didn't pay in time,real price&value for money considering you use their $10 plan! Must add poor performance for php. Customer service was great though

The service has been down several times without notification, the latest downtime was due to server upgrade. Which, by the way took place at 1pm? Previous service unavailable was for 2 days without any explanation, apparent server failure. Never got reply

I needed MS Chart controls insalled on the server and opened a support ticket at 9:39 AM. I took exactly 12 minutes for Alpshost to Install it and I received a confirmation email at 9:51 AM (same day, just to :-)
