They would not honor an upgrade offer, refused to transfer registration of any of my domains, and terminated my plan 3 months early without authorization to do so.Stay Away, for the money you will get better service just about anywhere else.

Company Response: Mr. Olson refused to pay the difference between used and un-used hosting time and demanded an entire year free. Mr. Olson also accepted his domain name as part of a promotion that required a minimum contract.

Avoid this company. Owner offers the tech support, resents helping customers to the point of being verbally abusive, provides incorrect solutions, blames customers for financial woes and frequent offline status. Bad business with bad attitude.

Company Response: We are not a one-man hosting comapny, we are not in financial trouble, and we have a solid 99.998% uptime as shown by outside sources. We take great pride in our service and support.

Stay away from this hosting company. They would not let you upgrade to a better plan at the end of contract, and will hijacke your data if you attemp to move your site to somewhere else.

Company Response: Mr. Tran was seriously past due and was terminated for that reason. Mr. Tran forfeited all access when he abandoned his site.
