Web Hosting Review:	This is a one man operation. If you wish to be called names when requesting customer service, have the provider deflect any responsibility of site failure on his providers, and have a slow responding/dowloading website... this ones for you!!

Web Hosting Review:	Been with them a long time, but this week their entire system (100s of sites) has been out (including their own site). They have not sent emails, responded to emails, responded to calls, or put up their support system. Unacceptable.

Web Hosting Review:	I was with Bob's service for years but the trouble started when he offered a 'free upgrade' that ended up being a costly downgrade. My service was down 4 times in less than six weeks and so I switched to Godaddy.com. I cancelled 3 mos early but no refund.

Web Hosting Review:	This company may or may not provide good reliability, tech support, etc, I don't know (Inever managed to publish my web site) I do know that their attitude is "buyer beware." Once they've got your cc info you're screwed -- "cancelation request denied"

Web Hosting Review:	I have been using Anywherehost for several years and have always been treated well. My uptime is great and I was allowed to take advantage of free upgrade offers as long as my account was paid current.

Web Hosting Review:	They would not honor an upgrade offer, refused to transfer registration of any of my domains, and terminated my plan 3 months early without authorization to do so.Stay Away, for the money you will get better service just about anywhere else.

Company Response:	Mr. Olson refused to pay the difference between used and un-used hosting time and demanded an entire year free. Mr. Olson also accepted his domain name as part of a promotion that required a minimum contract.

Web Hosting Review:	Avoid this company. Owner offers the tech support, resents helping customers to the point of being verbally abusive, provides incorrect solutions, blames customers for financial woes and frequent offline status. Bad business with bad attitude.

Web Hosting Review:	Stay away from this hosting company. They would not let you upgrade to a better plan at the end of contract, and will hijacke your data if you attemp to move your site to somewhere else.
