I was with Bob's service for years but the trouble started when he offered a 'free upgrade' that ended up being a costly downgrade. My service was down 4 times in less than six weeks and so I switched to Godaddy.com. I cancelled 3 mos early but no refund. |

This company may or may not provide good reliability, tech support, etc, I don't know (Inever managed to publish my web site) I do know that their attitude is "buyer beware." Once they've got your cc info you're screwed -- "cancelation request denied" |

They would not honor an upgrade offer, refused to transfer registration of any of my domains, and terminated my plan 3 months early without authorization to do so.Stay Away, for the money you will get better service just about anywhere else. |
