APlus.net customer service and technical support is a joke. I'm getting spam from this company at 200 emails a day because somehow my email address is in their system. Do not use this company.

Absolutely horrible service. After upgrading plan from UNIX server to Windows server, some idiot spelled our domain name wrong, and it prevented our domain name from "pointing" at the Windows server. I have had nothing but problems ever since.

AVOID! They couldn't solve a simple technical issue, so my website was useless. I cancelled the services using their online cancellation form, but they kept billing me. When I ask for refund, they lied that they never got my cancellation.
