Pathetic customer service. their customer service representetives just don't listen to your problem and are incompetent. I hosted two websites with them. Asked for some changes on one site and they updated the other! Several Similar horror stories occured

I've been a customer for 3 months and have been very unhappy. Since I'm in the beginning stages of a new ecommerce site, I'm updating or checking it often. This past week, it has literally been down at least once a day. Looking for a new host.

Overall we have been very happy with Apollo Hosting. We switched from Tabnet/Verio (which was a nightmare) about a year ago. The control panel is user friendly and the spam filters are great! Overall I would recommend appollo.

Apollo’s inexperienced and inept tech staff created our site’s problems and was unable to timely resolve their own errors or respond to a 3-year client’s inquiries. I’m the president of the company and couldn’t even get the janitor to return my calls!

Of all the tickets I opened, only 25% were responded to, after 2-3 days. Their solutions were half ass and unclear. Every single issue I resolved myself using the Group Forums, experimentation, and resources/tips from generous colleagues.

Switched from tabnet/verio and am VERY glad we did. Apollo has been great. Email filters are a godsend and the uptime has been fantastic. I highly recommend Apollo to anyone, especially small businesses like ours.
