Poor customer service; pricing outrageous
Disrespectful customer service when I'm paying twice of what everyone else is charging is where I draw the line - switching to another web hosting provider.

Billed me 4 months early due to "glitch in their system"
Charged me double the price saying it was because "the market rates increased". Funny, because their website prices reflected the price I should have been charged.

I tolerated their poor service and downtime for years - finally went through another bad situation, 3 sites plus email down for 24 hrs during a critical period when advertising. I swore I would spend the next few weeks finding better hosting and did!

The worst customer service/technical support you can experience. Over the past week I have tried to recolve an issue, each time getting a different answer, random new demands for information, refusal to proceed with a crippling support issue, etc, etc.

I was with them for years. First of all DO NOT host with them, you will be sorry. I had my site spammed and then blacklisted from Google. Then they traded servers while I was on vacation and my entire compamy had no email or website for days.

I was a customer with Apollo hosting for many years and they provided good service in the past, but after they were purchased last year by a larger company the service went down hard. Sites down for days, poor support, don't know what they are doing.

Horrible - my site is down for 2 days now, and no access to e-mail, website is down. Horrible customer service, and no explanation for why they can't get it back working in a timely fashion. Need to find another host company ASAP

I made the mistake of entering into an SEO agreement with this bunch. My contact, Josh, is in hiding. His boss, Steve Murillo refuses to answer our concerns. Soon as I can get out of this mess, I'm gone fron this crowd forever. Near nothing outfit.

Lost e-mails, service disruptions that can last for days, technical "support" that can only tell you "we don't know how long it will be," randomly c hanged passwords, weird billing system that sends confusing messages. Used to be OK, now terrible, AVOID!
