I just cancelled my account with Apollo after 2 1/2 years of fairly good service. Our site has been down for A WEEK with no explanation from the company. The only message from tech support was from 3 days ago which said it would be up in "2-3 hours". |

My email has been non-functional since an upgrade 4 weeks ago and technical support is fairly non existant. Of particular note was a trouble ticket I opened that sat for a week before being replied to with a worthless scripted response. |

I have had a VPS hosting account with Apollo for 1.5 years now - I have another 4 VPS accounts with other providers. I have found that Apollo goes down quite regularly and would recommend that you steer clear from them if you can. |

I finally reached someone on live chat and he disconnected when he couldn't solve problem.
Spend a little more $$ and get a real host.
