Of all the tickets I opened, only 25% were responded to, after 2-3 days. Their solutions were half ass and unclear. Every single issue I resolved myself using the Group Forums, experimentation, and resources/tips from generous colleagues. |

Switched from tabnet/verio and am VERY glad we did. Apollo has been great. Email filters are a godsend and the uptime has been fantastic. I highly recommend Apollo to anyone, especially small businesses like ours. |

Service is down normally 7 - 10 days out of the month. Tech may or may not get back in touch with you within 2 - 3 days. Email program is slow. |
