Overall we have been very happy with Apollo Hosting. We switched from Tabnet/Verio (which was a nightmare) about a year ago. The control panel is user friendly and the spam filters are great! Overall I would recommend appollo. |

Apollo’s inexperienced and inept tech staff created our site’s problems and was unable to timely resolve their own errors or respond to a 3-year client’s inquiries. I’m the president of the company and couldn’t even get the janitor to return my calls! |

Of all the tickets I opened, only 25% were responded to, after 2-3 days. Their solutions were half ass and unclear. Every single issue I resolved myself using the Group Forums, experimentation, and resources/tips from generous colleagues. |

Service is down normally 7 - 10 days out of the month. Tech may or may not get back in touch with you within 2 - 3 days. Email program is slow. |
