Pros:	Technical staff if patient and helpful. Support of FrontPage makes Ares a valued resource.
Cons:	An attack by hackers in 2004. Tech staff response was quick and my site was back on line quickly.

Pros:	They were recommended on a BBS to which I will be submitting a more thorough review.
Cons:	Server is slow, extra features don't work, billing dubious.

Pros:	Great servers, lots of goodies [yay for open source], fast with fixing technical issues
Cons:	Technically the place is rock solid no complaints there, though your website is a bit cluttered.

Pros:	Good in the beginning but WHAT HAPPENED! I have 5 sites w/Ares.
Cons:	Statistics don't work 2mo.no res. fr.support. Same usr. nm. given for 2 sep.accts.No reply to emails
Company Response:	We've worked everything out immediately over email and AIM on Friday.
