Unexplainable outage
Unexplained and un-warned outage for days. No communication on status. No explanation of cause. No clear restore time frame. No explanation why fail-over mechanisms did not work. No updates warnings or updates on web-site.

Shut my site down without warning
Arvixe shut my site without any warning, sent me a very complicated email listing many possible causes for excessive server resource usage.
I told them I would pay extra for tech support but they dont respond - members of my site are complaining.

They suck!
non-existent customer support. put on hold for more than 60 min waiting to speak with an tech and you finally give up. on-line chat is a joke. more than 5 minutes between responses from their tech.
They have been having email server issues for >month

Bad - Worse - the WORST ! -
Nearly daily downtime.
We have a very bad downtime in May-July and waited until the supposedly fixed it. Service then OK for 4 weeks. Now down again on a daily basis.
Support completely inefficient - standard replies like "we are working on this".

Steer clear of Arvixe
Spotty server issues since I signed up with them a month ago so I switched to another company. Servers & my site have now been down over a week, and of course they can't switch my site to my new host. Hold times are terrible. Don't work with them!

Server down for 6 days, so far!
I only signed up with Arvixe a month ago and I have had more down time already than I had in the previous 6 years with my old hosting company! Worse, they provide no information about what is happening or how long it will take. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Steer Clear of Arvixe
Steer clear!
The server they placed us on started having consistent down time right at our launch. Unfortunate timing - but they also took over 10 days to fully fix.
Tech support is not helpful, and takes a long time to respond, even in "Live" supp

Crippling Server Issues
Server 4dys down requested to have my site migrated to another server. Response was that they suggest I "wait it out" If I try to migrate to another server I'm sure they would mess it up too. Email today on day 5 said it would be another 48 hrs. Disgusted

ARVIXE IS THE WORSE Web hosting Company !!!
The worse web hosting company ever im a new customer not even 1 month old domain and site, and all the sudden without warning the service is gone! 4 DAYS AND 10 HOURS Later my website is still DOWN no control panel no nothing no support its Horrible !

Horrific levels of service
My websites are constantly down. I can repeat the errors on multiple internet connections and computers. Their solution? Upgrade to VPS class and give them more money. My domains which I transferred over from Godaddy do not redirect. Solution? Pay more!
