Seriously unreliable
I switched to Arvixe from godaddy about a year ago for my personal domain and email hosting. What a huge mistake. Servers are down constantly. I can't rely on them for email. Switching this weekend. So tired of email sync errors due to servers down.

long outages, terrible support
we've been with arvixe for several years and all was good & well initially; ever since September 2015 there's been nothing but headaches; outages up to 27hrs, no responses to tickets and tickets disappearing;

Do not use unless you want a ton of downtme
Arvixe was the worst hosting service and experience. Constant downtime for my site and cPanel access, despite claims of having repaired the issue each time. Billing dept. doe snot answer the phone so good luck getting a refund.

They loosing everything
All sudden i lost my all files and got 403 error. When i tried to reach them they are hard to avail, and when i got them i got nothing mean no solution.
They are awesome a year before but these days they are terrible,

Poor Services
We were told that they will refund us since our site has not worked last October..... As today as March 26, 2016, we still do not get any refund even if you email them several times, no respond.

Frustration to anger
Web Easy recently began all publishing with Arvixe, and that is when major problems began. I receive poor to horrible customer service. I am not in the process of moving my domains!

No Refunds for Horrendous Service
Had a dreadful time transferring my site to them. Customer Service was unresponsive and Technical Support incompetent. Would not refund any of my money for the 2 year contract. My site was down more than it was up. I would advise you to STAY AWAY!

1 month tragic, 2 yrs mediocre transitioned from 5 yrs great service
Arvixe use to be great! I discovered a couple weeks ago that management changed, which coincides with when the quality of tech support and customer service began to decline. For me this personally culminated in Arvixe losing all my site's data and files!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Website was "migrated to new, faster servers" but they didnt update the DNS records to point to the new server or even bother to inform their customers.
