Not happy with service at all. Hosting it because OpenCart recommended them. Not sure why they would do it as the service does not seem to be reliable. Site goes down all the time. How would one expect to run an ecommerce site if the site is not even up? |

Not reliable. The performance is bad very often. Even a static page with only several sentences and no picture got minutes to load it. Recently the site does even down frequently.

Arvixe degraded dramatically lately. We are loosing a lot of business due to the service outages, including IIS, SQL, lost emails. QA: some guys are very good, others have no clue. There is no working email notification on service outages. |

I've never experienced as much downtime as with Arvixe. My site has been down for days at a time. Their extremely slow "support" showed a complete lack of knowledge or expertise, and often answered me with completely irrelevant or redundant questions. |

Been a reseller customer for over a year. In last 3 months have had two critical outages on my server and lost customers because of the first one. Now (1/29/12) I am waiting to see if this outage will cost me more. Used to be great. Not so much now. |

DO NOT USE!!! I've been using them since 7/26/2011 and on 8/18/11 to today 1/27/12, I've sent 40 emails to them trying to get issues resolved. 8/18, my websites (2 of them) were down for 8 days. Response is bad - 12 hours to get a reply. QA - Joke!!!! |

Used them for a year and a half now. I run a few sites that are not mission critical on Windows shared hosting plan with MSSQL. Next to no downtime and good overall performance. Control panel is detailed enough to allow full control. I'd recommend. |

I recently tried them because of price and features but their support was really bad. My site still doesn't fully work (url routing) and I'm closing the account. They're probably okay for a non-asp.net environment and if you never really need them. |

The worst support I have ever delt with, they blame the customer for everything. One site got hacked, other site never worked, someone spammed from our VPS and we got blocked and blamed. Star far far away from these people. 24/7 support is a lie. |

Service is horrible. Spent 3 weeks troubleshooting DNS for them, multiple e-mails, multiple calls, finally got the problem fixed and my sites accessible after 4 weeks. 1 month and still no SVN setup. Looking for a new hosting provider. |
