Soon as I transferred my domain, I had problems. They fixed it, then I installed a free bug tracker from their control panel but the app failed to load. Took days to respond. Said they won't fix it -- not their job. Looking for new host. |

Arvixe >>USED<< to be a great webhost, now I think they are in trouble. 1. In the last month they have started billing early. First it was 1 monht before renewal of service now they are trying to sneak it in at two monhts before renewal. Ridiculous! |

| Company Response: | Only accounts marked for auto-renewal are charged ahead of time in case an issue with the credit card comes up. Auto-renewal can be turned off at anytime which would allow the customer to pay the renewal fee on or 7 days after the expiration. |
