Their ‘customer service’ is a complete and utter joke.
Slow/completely unhelpful ticket responses, had a customer service agent tell me that they'd complete an action on my account that they never did, and incorrectly charged a credit card only to refuse a refund later on. Not worth the headache.

One of my email accounts has been down for 6 days now...
Apparently, Arvixe doesn't provide phone support anymore. Now it's chat only support and I've been chatting with low level techs for 6 days now, and my email still doesn't work. Used Arvixe for 4 years, I guess it's time to change hosts...

Horrible service, frequent outages
Arvixe has shut down both phone lines (recording stating unavailability) and the ability to submit a ticket! The only way to contact them is through online chat and they are not technicians. Server down for TWO DAYS NOW!!!

They WILL screw your site up. Not if but when.
Arvixe deleted my site "accidently" and couldn't restore it since they don't keep any backups beyond a week. I didn't discover it until too late and they said they couldn't do anything to fix it.

Worst hosting services, Day by Day..
I think this a proper time to shift the hosting, Day by day the services are becoming worst. I am using their PersonalClass Hosting Plans since years. Suddenly this month they have come with lots of issues in my site like malware virus etc..

Avoid Arvixe!!!
I signed w/Arvixe to host my site 5 weeks ago. It's down. Customer service is non-existent. Tickets take over a week to be answered. Tried calling; waited over 45 minutes. On-line chat is a joke. "Your issue is a high priority." Problem remains. Run!
