Marck mcgowan will suspend your account at the smallest issue and modify and delete your files without any notice of they have ANY issue with them. I had a my files frozen because I made a mistake in configuration which caused their server to slow. |

Have been a customer for well over 6 YEARS, have never had a problem with this company. Even if I have a tech support need, I get IMMEDIATE service, even in the middle of the night. Been a customer so long, I can't remember exactly when I started.

Dedicated server. Price was good, service was great 9-5. I did receive a full refund. |

4 hour reboots. 24x7 support didn't work on down servers at night. Lost many clients due to 5 days straight downtime. Made promises couldn't keep. |
