The best free hosting option available on the internet. There are no php scripting restrictions and a generous amount of storage and MySQL space is available.

Byethost has upgraded alot since 2007
Byethost have recently upgraded their servers to use Cloud Linux, customized mod_security and php suhosin, server uptime has been great, the Softiculious script installer makes using cPanel to new sites very easy, I rate byethost 10/10!

Recently Byethost was hacked by a KID from Lithuania, and the staff tried to cover it up with lies. I never got my site back, and they still have it up. They ignored me on this problem and finally banned me after too many questions. Don't bother.
