Web Hosting Review: I have called CIHOST 4 times in the last 4 to 6 weeks because my site has been down. On all 4 occasions, I identified that the site was down, not CIHOST. This begs the question: How many times has the site been down and I did not notice?

Web Hosting Review: These guys had a massive outage and I couldn't access my site for quite some time. They then bill me three years later when I owe them nothing. SHAME ON CI HOST. SOMEONE FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT PLEASE

Web Hosting Review: Horrible customer support, poor network performance, so I canceled my account 4 years ago. After not hearing from them since, just received a debt collection notice from Fidelity Credit Management for over $500 for services I never received.
