Horrible customer support, poor network performance, so I canceled my account 4 years ago. After not hearing from them since, just received a debt collection notice from Fidelity Credit Management for over $500 for services I never received. |

We have been down for about 40 days in the last year. We have spent $8000 on 5 email accounts and a 1 MG website. They still advertise "UNLIMITED technical support" and "Full Server Included Free." Now they want more money to make email work. |

They can go down for a week at a time. Their servers crashed and the most recent backup was a month old. Can you imagine losing all of last months emails? Plus I lost any emails I hadn't even read that day. Their supposed 24/7 tech support never answers. |

My site was recently moved to a new server at CI Host. Service since the move has been terrible. I've gone from calling in from once every three months to 5 to 10 times a day just to keep the site working. Worst of all. No one there seems to care. |

CI Host has been a slew of issues since we signed up. They are not reliable, and their technical support staff places you on hold, doesn't answer the phone, and when you do get them, they generally can't fix the issues. |
