Uptime has been my most important factor and this has not let me down. The level of use on the control panel for me is high and I find this very easy to use. I have been with Centrica Hosting now for over 6 months and will renew my agreement.

I have been hosting two sites more than 6 months.
For me the most important is the uptime. I have never registered any downtime. My only need for technical support was at “setup time” and they where very helpful.

Excellent service. Highly recommend them. Only downside is that response time to a techical ticket could be handled faster. I believe the norm is "within 24 hours"
