These guys have 'gone dark' but still continue to charge me, even though my site is no longer with them. Noone is answering the phone, responding to tickets, or responding to emails. I was a long term customer with over $1k business/year. Not any more!

Servers have been down for 2+ days as well as their own website (which has contact nfo). No information forthcoming from them.

I've had three support tickets open for months ... noone has answered. The guestbook on my website doesn't work and I am unable to update the site.
