I have been "forced" to renew with Dantor for over 4yr since I dont see a way to let me to move my domain to my server prov. Phone# leave a msg and emails r never replied. I did renew and my email and website got back up. no pw to renew only typed my dom |

Zero support.
No telephones, never reply to email.
Their name servers, extrasecurity, are so secure that you cannot contact them. Their website has a single page.
Only good thing is they are cheap! |

I have also had service with them for over 10 yrs, no customer support. i even just lost a domain name of mine to someone else, after I thought It was renewed it!!!!! Strange but true. I need to find a reliable registrar. Too bad, their prices were great. |

I used Dantor for over 10 years and they were ok in the beginning, but now their phone numbers are disconnected and they don't respond by email. And, the DNS servers they use (extrasecurity.com) have disconnected phones and don't answer emails. Bah! |

Zero service. Shut down site a month before invoice was due. Repeated attempts to communicate by mail and phone ignored. I paid the invoice and the site is still shut down. Buy from them at your own risk. Total losers... maybe even thieves. |

I have used StoKia Network for years now. They no longer answer support requests. They recently ACCEPTED my renewal money for three accounts, and DID NOT renew my domains with the registrar they resold for. I paid and have no web site! Filing complaints! |
