Good plans and amazing 24-hour support
I appreciate DataPacket.net pro-active stance on security on the server. Reliability has exceeded my expectations. Tech support was on the ball, the site was up as far as I could tell. Customer support is almost always available for live chat and you really know that there is a patient person sitting there that want to help. Recommended.

I am generally very happy
Nevermore than a few minutes of wait time! Overall, DataPacket.net servers are fairly stable. The technical customer support is great and works 24/7 - always ready to give a helping hand. Any ticket I've put in has resulted in a real e-mail response within 10-15 minutes.

Great value for money!
I've decided to switch from my previous host (because of much downtime) to DataPacket.net VPS hosting. Service is unbelievable. When I read the reviews, I didn't believe it, but I literally get an answer just minutes after I've e-mailed them... and this is even before I've placed my order! A happy customer!

My Sites Are In Good Hands!
The most important thing for me is my emails. I have several accounts and need to be sure my correspondence came in time. Since the moment I started using Datapacket.net till now none of my emails were lost. That is really cool. The availability of both live online support and phone support is fine. As for the network uptime, it is very good.

The customer support is just awesome
They do everything that the big hosting providers I have my other sites with do, only they do it much better. The dedicated server hosting package prices also amazed (starting from $25/mo). So the extra money has proven to be a very good investment. Datapacket.net has won my online business.

Pretty neat hosting, good speeds
I've been keeping my website on Datapacket.net KVM VPS hosting account for a few weeks now, but so far so good. The admin dashboard is a bit confusing, but once you browse through it and try some things like whois protection or verification, it's all right.

Great support and pricing
The outages, non-existent customer support and high prices we've experienced with other providers drove me insane! I for one have never meet a person like Tom at Datapacket.net in my life and will recommend the shared hosting service to everyone I know as a secure and safe host to be with. No overselling.
