Web Hosting Review: I recently called datapipe to ask a presale question. If they supported cnames for domains. The sales associate "Bob" did not know what they were and would not ask technical support if they did unless I became a customer first. He was a rude guy.

Web Hosting Review: In the beginning their service was ok. Then the server started having performance issues (web service down almost every day). After being their customer for over 2 years we had to cancel their service soon after the technical issues increased.
