If you are looking for excellent datacenter support for your dedicated hosting, look no further. We have tried other companies looking for better pricing, but you cannot beat the immediate support at DataPipe. Uptime is king and DP has not forgotten that. |

The support after you give your credit card goes down quickly. We have outgrown our dedicated server of 6 years and need to double our cost to get the same service. Server no unreliable and I am looking for other providers. |

I've been a customer since 1998. The bandwidth, service, and reliability have only improved in that timeframe. Network is tops. I have had issues with aging servers failing over time. Datapipe is glad to work with you to replace parts or entire servers. |

I recently called datapipe to ask a presale question. If they supported cnames for domains. The sales associate "Bob" did not know what they were and would not ask technical support if they did unless I became a customer first. He was a rude guy. |

In the beginning their service was ok. Then the server started having performance issues (web service down almost every day). After being their customer for over 2 years we had to cancel their service soon after the technical issues increased. |
