Pros:	Great packages, always updated software, the customer is treated like more than just a number. DDI does everything they can to make you happy.
Cons:	Network issues awhile back, but they have pulled through with flying colors. Things have turned out very nicely.

Pros:	Best value around. Very friendly, helpful support staff. Larry works round the clock. The servers are fast and stable now.
Cons:	True, they had some server provider issues during the past month, but those are now over, and the top-notch performance has returned.

Pros:	Fantastic server speed (when they're up.)
Cons:	Site, email, ftp downs. Server changes, IP changes. Long wait for CS response. Larry only competent person there. (He can't be there 24/7.)
Company Response:	I am not the only competent person here. But we did have issues due to discovering major flaws with a previous server provider. We have since changed server providers and stabilized our servers.

Pros:	if you he will answer phone, he knows plesk really well.
Cons:	48 hours downtime in 30 days, no communication, poor buisness management, 48 hr response on trouble tickets if they dont get deleted first :(
Company Response:	We have never deleted a ticket. And all tickets get responded to. We have tickets dating back to the day the system was brought online. As far as phone communication our site states "24x7 Online Support" and we abide by that.

Cons:	Feel like beta tester. Never email customer to inform any change. AVOID THEM until they solve their server problem.
Company Response:	We did send out emails. Our windows server problems, which is what your account is on, have been solved for almost 3 weeks. I also could not find any recent tickets by you.

Pros:	One of finest hosting solutions, that I have come across. They have great commitment towards customer service. They are really value for money.
Cons:	Some uptime issue, few days back but not for long.

Cons:	They refuse to issue a refund on a 30 day trial. The service never worked. When you bring it to your attention they get nasty
Company Response:	Mr. Deveni. If someone was nasty with you, then please submit a ticket. I reviewed ticket and did not find a single one. As for refunds, I have yet to find the ticket opened requesting one in our billing department.

Pros:	Fair prices.
Cons:	Slow page loads. They almost kinda GET UP IN YOUR FACE, when you try to cancel & demand PROOF of the problem having. Playing it off as cust service.
Company Response:	This was not an issue of cancellation. That was even stated. We requested documented trace routes in order to help us locate the issue. The server was not over loaded so it would have had to have been a connection issue. With a trace route we could have located it to help prevent the issue further for other clients. That isn't much for any company that cares about there customers to ask in my opinion.

Cons:	their phones don't work, They take forever to respond. Most of the time the responses are just acknowledgement of the problem and do not contain solut
Company Response:	We spent hours researching and correcting his problems. 2 Admins have over 24 hours into finding solutions to issues he was experiencing. Since moving his sites to a new server and verifieing functionality we have not heard from him. We did have issues previously. As for phones our entire site states the preferred method of support is email. And we do answer tickets and resolve problems.

Cons:	Used this server for my campaign web site, and it went down six days before the election. It has been down three days, and still not up. Do not use!
Company Response:	Mr. Risher and his developer were given updated nameservers via our forums announcment, news announcements, and via our support system both prior to the outage and after we took down those nameservers. If they had updated there nameservers previously as requested this outage would never have occured.
