Pros:	Price for the features you get.
Cons:	Unprofessional & poorly managed host. 24h+ downtimes /2 weeks, useless online chat support, Larry has attitude and fights the customers. Stay away.

Cons:	Bad support had no answer for days now.. Nobody can tell me what's going on with this host. DON'T GO WITH THEM!

Pros:	They are billing you real fast!
Cons:	Worst host I ever been with. Their website as been down 60% of the time past 2 weeks, no support. Take a look Webhostingtalk DOT com LOTS of COMPLAINT
Company Response:	Our website was not down 60% over two weeks. The complaints on WHT regarding the two outages are valid and have been corrected. These were due to issues with a previous provider that we no longer use. We had two outages over two months.

Pros:	Linux/Windows Combo Plans!! DDI has it right when it comes to customer relations. Best host I've seen yet, and they just keep getting better!
Cons:	More hosts aren't like DDI :-/

Pros:	They are very helpful when they have a problem. The Live Support is a great feature. The Plesk Control Panel for Windows hosting is remarkable.
Cons:	I've had to talk with technical support WAY too often. My site is down every few days. Server speed is often slow. You get what you pay for.
Company Response:	Chris, I hope the speed issue is resolved since moving to the new server. We haven't heard from you in a while. ;) We were having problems with one of our windows servers and replaced it due to the problems and inability to locate the problem. The replacement has appeared to resolve this issue. Thanks, Larry
