Pros:	Super, price with a lot of toys ! there is not another as complete for developers: php,perl, jsp, asp all in windows and linux !
Cons:	Reliability last week was not good, because it is a new company, they are were making some flexiblity changes that affect our service.

Pros:	Always can reach Life Help. Trouble Tickets will be responed each time. I can feel customer service.
Cons:	Accidents always occur in this world. Although server downed last time, hope DDI hosting can gain experience and prevent it from happening next time.

Pros:	N/A
Cons:	Loses service for extended periods of time. All sites including the main company site and email where down for 15hrs with no way to contact support.
Company Response:	We did experience an outage. We also posted to webhostingtalk in order to let clients know as there was no other way to do this. We resolved the issue as fast as was possible and also proceeded to make sure we had a resolution that would be permanent to prevent any such thing as this in the future. This is the first time our sites have been offline in over 7 months. And only the second outage we have experienced on servers.
