The worst customer support ever. No option for a phone call. Emails seem to come form bots and don't answer my questions. I had to quit using them, after several years, due to my frustrations. They could have kept my business with a five-minute phone call.

Use their Starter plan for 2 years and surely will continue to use next year. Very balanced package with low price. Customer service is one of the strongest sides.
