Billed me and took more money than they should have, now are refusing to deal with me to refund it. Childish, ammature company, AVOID!

okay service but technical support sucks
I've been with directspace about a year now I have about for virtual servers the problem with directspace is communication time big delay I've been waiting for about 3 days when they reply back it takes another day each time to get another response

Horrible Technical support
they promised to migrate my websites from my old host, well 14 days down the line and the migration never happened, tickets gets answered after 3 days just to say we will do this soon.i wasted $24 + $36 to my old host in 1 month. AVOID DIRECTSPACE.COM

DirectSpace is very unreliable
I've had their service for around 5 months, and during the last 3 months there were complete problems back-to-back. The speeds weren't that great. Took around 24 hours for custom service reply. Unreliable service.

My Review
They have budget VPS but too cheap means almost no technical support.
They won't event reply to tickets if it is not urgent.
Just makes your blood boils.

I saw their deal and thought it would be good but boy was I wrong. DO NOT use them for streaming media. I had 4 servers on them and lost all my customers. Support was horrible and most of the time they did not have a clue what they were talking about and

They don't keep backups, have lost entire site's data, down for as long as 4+ days at a time, tech support often doesn't respond at all. Avoid at all costs.
