It's one of the cheapest web hosting services that I've found. However, they do not communicate well with their customers. |

They locked my domain name twice without prior notification and my web hosting account was suspended and they did not tell me beforehand. |
| Company Response: | Actually the web hosting account has been suspended due to failed billing of the credit card on file. We have already tried to contact the customer several times but the contact info was not valid. |
