Pros:	BRILLIANT, support is unbeatable and personal, hosting is packed with features for a tiny price
Cons:	not a con, but there are TOO many features for the price. Enough for a lifetime I'm sure :)

Pros:	Received great customer service from Mark--very courteous, patient, and quickly resolved my issues.
Cons:	There were only a couple of times when I could not access the control panel, but that was it.

Pros:	Cheap full featured hosting
Cons:	Poor service, my site has been loosing visitors sinse transferring to this host due to down time
Company Response:	During the last few days we have been experiencing slow speeds and packet loss on the Sprint OC3 line. Our data center has been already working on it. The problem has been fixed and the network is working normally now.

Pros:	Excellent utilities within Cpanel, plenty of bandwidth and storage at rock bottom prices!
Cons:	CPanel is a little tricky to the novice, but as a first time web owner I managed to figure it out.
