Great value and features for Starter Plan
I host my web design clients under their Unlimited hosting plan. Great features and value. In terms of domain pricing (new registration and renewals), their prices are reasonable. If you want to host a small personal website, check out their starter plan.

Doteasy offers website builder feature for all hosting plans. This makes the building experience very easy. For advanced users, you can switch to WordPress. Their starter plan includes domain for FREE (1st year). Plus, you get real human live chat support

Company is fraud
Asked about domains before I bought them and now they are trying to charge me an extra $15 per domain to transfer out when I have asked about all this well over a month ago and was put off apparently because all this is hidden in their terms.

Great uptime and customer support
I have been with Doteasy for a few year now and I've been very happy with them. Their staff always take the time to walk me through problems (even if it's an user-error, caused by me). I would definitely recommend Doteasy.

Tech support usually takes a good 24 hours but I've used this company for years and have have few issues. Their billing methods can be confusing but again I haven't had any major issues. Free hosting and $25/yr domain that is yours and no banners.
