Very friendly and personable support. Great uptime and fast speeds. The prices are very reasonable, and the stuff they give you for the price is very generous. But the servers are still fast and they're not overselling. A++ company. |

Just the customer service is worth it! Have been with 2 other hosting company including bluehost. Performance on the server is similar but if you want good customer support, I would highly recommend downtownhost. |

Hosting support is second to none. Prices may appear too good to be true for what you get, but believe it, you get a lot more than what you'd expect for your money here. DowntownHost are in a league of their own. Simply outstanding. |
