Absolutely GREAT customer service! I love being able to chat with on the phone DTS-NET 24/7 support with almost immediate response. No waiting for a "ticket" to be responded to on most minor issues.
Also, NO down-time.

friendly, honest service
As web designer I tried many different hosts and found that there's no perfect one. However, DTS-NET does a really good job. They are honest with you… each time I call their support I get someone from North America.

Avoid dts-net.com for webhosting
I had a web site with them for five months. After three months, my site started having outtages a few times a week.
Cancelled and asked for refund on Dec 15, 2012. Till this date, I have yet to receive any refunds (30 days). Only delays, excuses and lies
