Constant down time
When my site is working it is great. But my site(s) go down sometime several times per day. Just today it was down over 5 hours. I have had outages of anywhere from 5 minutes to 5+ hours.

June 1, 8, 16, 17, 20, 23, 25, 26 and May 31 for example.

Very good service for the price
DTS-NET was really great from the start. They allowed me to make my own website design and graphic design business. They provided me with a reseller account at $8/m with a free domain. They're really kind and their service is great. 100% recommend.

Without support its good
DTS is fine until your need support! Once there is an issue its always not their fault or this or that! Their server IP address got blocked by both gmail and yahoo, yet it wasn't their fault! So I moved on and am in a better place for it!

Made a mistake
I posted last week that this host was no good because I lost
300,000 GB worth of work. I just now found the virus that they warned me about in a couple of files that I uploaded. The service has been good with this host for the years that I used them.

awesome provider 24/7 support live chat and live phone only $1 per month they have been in around since 1997 and I never had any issues with them and they have a very helpful group of people working for them

I was duped too
I was told I could have unlimited space and that they had backup systems in place.
They just deleted all my data (my personal documents and pictures) and when they could not get it back, they said it was copyright material.
They r frauds. Stay away.

DTS-NET is a great company and has very nice support
I can not believe customers try to use DTS-NET like limewire to make there own Pirated Software Warez web site and think they would get caught! I been with DTS-NET since jan and never had a issue because I run a legal site.

Awesome support. They usually reply 5-10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer. Can't ask for more. they have improve over the years which is great most host stop caring about there customers
