No Support for 3 weeks, server 72.232.61.234 down for 5 days, no response....took my annual payment on 12-14-06 and no longer responding. BEWARE!!

Services Period: Past customer during December, 2004 - March, 2007

I left after two years because of their horrible service, outages and loss of data.

Services Period: Past customer during February, 2005 - February, 2007

Customer service has deteriorated significantly since I started with them two years ago. Three weeks without email led me to leave. Servers were shaky for the last 10 months.

Services Period: Past customer during February, 2004 - January, 2006

I have been hosting with this company for well over a year and have yet to have a problem that was not resolved within the day.
