I've had eApps for a total of 5 years. I left for a cheaper solutions but ended up coming back. eApps was great in the past and they are great now. I would definitely recommend them.

I am using eApps for the last two years. My plan is standard max vps, $33 monthly value, it is pretty cheap IMO for all you get. Support responds very quickly to every email, even if you mark it with priority "low".

All with eapps was great, but bandwidth. They don´t say it in the main site information, but lower plans are limited in bandwidth. If you're limited in montly transfer, you shouldn´t be limited in bandwidth also.

Reliability is not great, tech support are only any good for basic requirements and resetting a virtual box, billing and CP is very good, but servers are slow - they are cheap but you get what you pay for, it seems.

Good control panel. Easily manageable by someone coming from shared webhosting!
Site uptime has been perfect so far [using 3rd party uptime checking as well].
Friendly, helpful staff which responded in timely manner to custom DNS requests.

Great host. Root control starting at $10 / month. Monthly, not a year subscription. Lots of news about the network, but rarely any down time.

Excellent web and email reliability -- VPS much better than shared hosting. Have installled many custom packages using unix root login. However, control panel is easy for just about anyone. Highly recommended.

I am a developer who has tried several of hosting companies over the years. eApps is by far the best. Their system is set up to allow total control through SSH and the control panel. All the apps I have used have been the very latest versions.
