I PURCHASED A DOMAIN PLUS HOSTING THROUGH THESE GUYS.I CANCELLED HOSTING DUE TO FINDING BETTER PRICES.THEY THAN STRIPPED ME OF MY DOMAIN I LOST EVERYT |
| Company Response: | Mr. Setters cancelled his hosting within our 30 day guarantee and was promptly refunded his payment. Domain registrations are non refundable. He requested that the domain be cancelled and it was. He now 3 months later wishes us to transfer a domain that we no longer own as it was cancelled per his request 3 months prior. |

Moving to EasyHostSolutions was like coming out of a very dark room in the
light of day. There are some many options available it almost seemed hard
to start. But my move over was done and up in a week. ANd most of that
time was my fault for being scarred to pull the trigger. Support is very
positive, even dumb questions get reated with respect. You actually do
get email support in the middle of the night (I am writing this at 1:32AM
on a Sunday the week before Christmas) I have even asked them to call me
to talk about an issue and they did. You have access to an 800 number as
part of support. Billing is also very clear and clean and available
on-line. This company wants to grow by treating their customers right, I will bring
them more business if I can.
