When we try to use the remote interface, we lose control over the machine. Once again the server went down and there was no way to recover it through remote interface. They neither answer to support ticket nor fix any problem during week-end. Terrible! |

I have paid for the server on 24 and today is 30 Dec and the month are running and I havent got nothing. The worst support I ever seen and the dont respond tickets ever. They dont work on holydays! |
