I've only had one problem that I can remember in the last two years, that was some downtime a few months ago. I was credited for it though so no harm no foul. Superb service from the EIRCA guys, and that seems to be a common opinion. |

We rent four servers from EIRCA and couldn't be happier. Very solid and secure. A little abrupt, but know their stuff. |

Tech support is run by a crusty guy, but he knows his stuff. Sales/billing support is beyond pathetic. When the company is criticized for poor service, the customer is attacked. The most arrogant company I’ve ever dealt with in 33 years of IT experience. |
