site down for 5 days in a row
I've been using Elpex Hosting since 2008 - and ever since my site goes down for a minimum of 1 to 2 day every 6 months. Since my site is just a hobby site I've given it no concern until this week.
As of right now my site has been down for 5 full days!!

Everyting is fine when it works. Bu t i faced many server down problems in the beginning. In the other hand customer service is honest and helpful. My plan is up with no problems for 6 months.I'd like to know more about elpex company history to trust more

The customer support is very limited i.e. only by email. There is no live-chat feature or even phone numbers that one may call. I am a reseller and the mail server has been down all day and no response from Ken (Support) for more than 14 hours.!!!!!!!
