Email Issue
I was having trouble with outlook 2011 not being able to access my mail etc. Got in touch with eukhost and Dexter and Terence helped me with my problem. I was treated with respect and not made to feel stupid. Nothing was to much for them. All working now

Had problems with my email account and Cyril Clive got on the case immediately and dialled in and worked through the problem until sorted - patient, professional and courteous throughout.

Server Migration
An FTP error occurred overnight with my server. A phone call to Suzanne on the service help desk quickly cured the problem. I've used hosting companies for over 11 years and have been with eUKhost for almost 4 years. They have been the most efficient.

Just setup a .com thanks to Harry (have a .co.uk already) and they (he) have helped me loads. Site is always up and they are always happy to help, even when I'm having a bad day and can be a bit direct they stay calm and help me out.
