I had three domains under my account. One domain was paid for 1 year and the others had an outstanding balance of $15. They mergeed with Host Gator and they did not transfer my fully paid domain because I still owed $15. They have extremely poor support. |

Exovian hosting is very cheap. But it is not fast, has poor uptime and no customer support at all. Support tickets are never answered, people are double billed, they never answer their support phone line. THERE IS NO 24/7 Support, it is a LIE. |

Only bad side is there is no way to cancel support manually without tech-support, but this can also be a good thing. |

Thank you for your kind words. The reason we do not allow manual cancellation is due to the fact that once you cancel, it deletes everything from the server(s). We like to allow our customers the remainder of the term to remove their files and move their domains that way nothing is lost. |
