Please do yourself a favor and completely avoid FastHosts.co.uk. Our server went offline several times in a month's time and it took them DAYS to respond! And now they are trying to keep billing me even after I have cancelled the service. Worst host ever. |

First things first, they dont fully support asp.net,
When I have tried to deploy an asp.net 3.5 website with URL rewritter rules it failed, I have asked support to add file name extension mapping rules in IIS they refused to do it.

I will comment from a legal standpoint. I am not a customer. I represent law enforcement for investigation of internet scams. Fastshosts has a habit of replying nicely to reports of abusive (criminal) use of their services, but then doing nothing. |

Just awful! Avoid! They offer a 30 day trail BUT you don't the trail if you sign up to a special offer however that is the only way you can sign up. They also don't fully support the .NET framework so my site won't work! |

Avoid this company as they think they are untouchable. They provide poor quality support. They mail my customers (via their Domain contacts) and offer cheaper deals that I can offer, including bundling features that they charge me seperately for. |

BEWARE of Fasthosts. They do not support parent paths on their ASP servers. None of our carts or prebuilt CMS tools work on their server. They said it is for security reasons. Well, on to the competition! |

Fasthosts is cheap, and you get what you pay for, I'm afraid. I have only signed up with them two weeks ago, but had to try to contact their support several times already, because my website fails with a "500 Internal Server Error". |

Well other people seem to have been working with a different company. I have found them excellent. 24h service, sometimes a wait, but the staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. I use their Sitebuilder. No real complaints. |

I've been using them for eight years but have used other hosting companies and don't understand the reviews on this site. Fasthosts are cheap and reliable. Their servers can be slow sometimes but overall I have no complaints. |
