Lots of downtime for databased websites. l decided not to renew & disabled automatic renew. They billed me anyway for 1 year. I had to request to cancel. Took weeks to get answers. Now they want 1 month extra charge. If not, will continue running bill. |

The contract terms are unheard of. 30 days to cancel expiring account? and then they try to collect monthly dues on top of that. They took their time to resolve my inquiry and 10 days after their rely they threatening to get collection agency involved. |

When I requested they cancel my unused account within 6 hours of receiving a statement, they told me they couldn't refund the "partial" month that had just started. Initial response included a lecture on terms of service. Will never deal with them again |
