The VPS is so far so good, but their customer service is not that much good. I remember when i was using their VPS, MY vps got hanged up, i have contacted them immediately but the response is quite slow

Ticketing problem
I had an issue with my vps 1 week ago. It was working slow. I tried to submit a ticket but there was no response against it. Almost 8 hours later they solved it but they handled the matter professionally. Till then I was full of frustration.
