Great uptime - Slow support response
While I had good uptime with Freewind, it takes in excess of a day to get a response from technical support and billing. Support staff are good, but way too slow for the internet.

I moved to a much lower-cost host, who reply within a couple of hours.


Services Period: Past customer during June, 2010 - June, 2013

was a bit sceptical signing up with a relatively new company but all I can say is that I have only but good things to say.

The overall level of service has been great and I find the user interface very easy to use.
