Used to be a good company but was sold. Support is HORRID now. They don't care that your resold accounts are down and don't refund you for their downtime. Find someone better. |

The host was hacked into for several days, causing downtime for everyone. Since then I've been unable to get into the billing system. They're clueless. |

Don't expect ANY customer service from these clowns. I've been trying to get my new site up for over a week, spent over 2 hours chatting with their "personnel". Also, there seems to be a HUGE communication barrier. |

Billing system has been broken for over a year. No response from cust svc for over a month, until I submitted second ticket threatening to cancel, in Feb '06. Friend still with them says billing issue is sill there in Aug '06! Just say no. |

Fuitadnet as a company is a huge dissapointment. When your site goes down, expect it to be down for weeks. And in terms of contacting customer support, forget it. Even a quick "we are working on the problem" is beyond their grasp. Bad news! |
