Cons:	paid my money and several days later no response
Company Response:	We are under new management and regret the past performance of the old crew. We are dedicated to making our service the best online and all those customers that were dissatisfied have been refunded. The new management has guaranteed 0 downtime and 5 minute customer service which it has supplied since taking over in September. We have added Cpanel 8.0 Intrepid and tons of new options to our hosting exclusively ours. We will never allow a situation like the one described in these dis-satisfied posts/reviews happen again. Cons:	I don't know if this is typical, but 36 hours and no site, after payment . . . disappointing.

Pros:	Shell access, crontab, subdomain control, mysql dbs, and very nice control panel.
Cons:	Hate to say it- poor uptime, and many excuses from administrators as to why.

Pros:	Unbelievable Hosting! Almost always up, cheap prices,an increadible slection of cpanel features!
Cons:	You must pay for the entire year, but at these prices it's very acceptable.
