I am an existing customer of galaxy-webhost. I had 99% up-time with my website. When I need support, they respond in less than a day, sometimes less than an hour. Sometimes the server slows down from DDoS, but they fix it quickly. |

awhile back my old host resellertag shut down and i was transferred to galaxy-webhost first couple of months alittle bit of down time then last couple of days ago i had 10 hours of downtime support never comes online or responses to tickets ever |
