My hosting company is Gemstream. My websites have been down for several days costing me thousands of dollars. I cannot get a response from anyone at Gemstream. This has been an ongoing problem. Avoid Gemstream.

Services Period: Past customer during May, 2002 - November, 2007

Tech support is horrible. Every time I had a problem with email, they basically told me to research it on my own or to use my isp instead. Zero phone support and email support is useless. The only positive is that the site was working most of the time.

Services Period: Past customer during January, 2005 - April, 2007

Servers have not been as reliable as they should be. When you need a tech, you have to submit a ticket. No phone, no live help....very irritating. Plus, I'm finding out that I'm paying 2.5x more than other companies with better ratings and live help!
