Experiencing quality hosting service.
Reliability is one of the best things that I'm looking for in a web host. I've tried a number of web hosts who promises to provide this, but I've experienced many of them failed. Thanks to the easy to use tools provided by Gigapros as well as the features that they offer. The staff is always there to assist you, 24 hours a day. Recommended.

Finally, I've landed a true to its word reliable web host. Thankfully I've discovered Gigapros web hosting solutions. So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 27 minutes. I believe it will be my last web host.

Compared to the others, this web host gives more bang for the buck in their different hosting packages. Other web hosts limit how many domains you can use and then give you great amount of bandwidth... Your sites will be in good hands, dudes. Personally I'm fully-satisfied customer. Reliable and honest host.
I needed to choose reliable and honest host, at least 10 years offering hosting services in hosting market. Finally I found Gigapros webhost and one of their vps hosting accounts met my requirements and budget. I have noticed that their support team is well equipped with latest customer management tools and this provider uses good hardware, server grade material never fails them. cPanel they use of one of the best in the world. Majority of support issues are answered within 15 minutes by the support guys. The host is amazing!

speed connectivity is cool.
Good host, nice features, fast speed! I have never had any problems at all and I am recommending Gigapros to each and everyone I know in need of a service provider! Uptime is very good, no downtime at all (I've been using their hosting for 4 months now)... speed connectivity is cool, pages load fast - I am quite happy with this. Project is running efficiently.
I've spent over 2 weeks comparing different web hosts and hosting packages. I needed 50 gbs of disk space for my new Project Online in Europe. Well, finally chose Gigapros hosting. Setup was fast, it took over 30 mins for my site to make it up and running efficiently. I like their free managed service, so I also saved some money - looks good. Pages load fast - I am quite happy with this.

The incredible customer support is what keeps me with Gigapros. There is no issue the team can't solve, with grace and speed. He has bailed this non-technical person out more times than I care to count. It's a world-class operation. I feel like I have hit the ground running in setting up my website. Tutorial videos are always a good idea, but only when done effectively and well.

Support is fast and helpful.
I have no complaints running my sites at Gigapros hosting account. The configuration has changed quite a bit in the time I've been with them, but they've been nothing but helpful in sorting out any issues that've arisen with migration. Support is fast, efficient, friendly and understandable even for technical twits like I am! Not once have I felt talked down to because I asked a daft question and I have asked some daft ones for sure.
